How Long Does an Appointment Take?
We quote 3-4 hours for Small Dogs & 4-5 hours for Large Dogs. We always give you a call as soon as your furbaby is all done and ready to go home.
Can I stay and watch my dog be groomed?
We do not allow Pet Parents to stay for the safety of your furbaby. When a Pet Parent is there, their furbaby will constantly look to see where their parent is instead of focusing on the groomer which creating a huge risk for cuts and injuries
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes, for the safety of all the furbabies in our care, we require that they are up to date on their Rabies and Distemper/Parvo. We also require you bring in the vaccination records as proof of expiration date.
